While this product is suitable for wet use and dry use, however it is recommended to soak your feet in warm water for 10-15 minutes to soften the skin, then use the remover to remove the callus in the up and down direction. After scrubbing the callus and dead skin, use the file to smooth your feet for optimal pedicure. For better results, use some moisturizer or foot cream to keep your feet soft.
