These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the CityMall platform, operated by M/s Rashanbox Retail Private Limited, registered in Gurgaon, Haryana. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Platform Overview

CityMall operates through the website (citymall.live) and the CityMall mobile application. The platform offers for sale daily need products and fast-moving consumer goods, including but not limited to groceries, accessories, fashion, and home products.

Account Requirements

  • Users must be 18 years or older and competent to contract
  • Account registration requires name, phone number, and address
  • Accounts are non-transferable
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized access to the platform or its systems
  • Use of scraping tools or automated data collection
  • Uploading infringing or illegal content
  • Deep-linking or impersonation
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws

Orders & Delivery

  • Each order is a separate transaction with an individual invoice
  • Title in products transfers to the customer upon dispatch
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on availability and location

Returns

Defective or damaged items can be returned within the applicable timeframe as specified in our Return Policy. Only unopened, unused products qualify for returns. Returns require contacting support with product images.

Liability

CityMall's aggregate liability is capped at INR 1,000 or the order value (whichever is higher). The company is not responsible for post-delivery defects caused by misuse.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through 30-day good-faith consultation, followed by arbitration under Indian law with a sole arbitrator in Gurugram.
